The 3-dimensional learning model is the way in which AWA / Bryter work builds capabilities for organisations. This 4th dimension is something that I have been working on for years and comes across when a trainer has not only a deep experience of the subject matter but has done significant work on themselves that brings a higher state of awareness to their teaching.
The fourth dimension
The fourth dimension is an energetic transmission of the underlying shape of the subject material the learner is trying to master.
Being aware of the energetic plane that the physical plane emerges from, gives a much deeper depth of understanding that transcends the mental constructs usually taught.
This transmission creates a much faster and deeper learning journey and uncovers patterns and insights that are not available without it.
Energetic transmission
An energetic transmission is where the sender embodies their inner landscape that activates as they are successful doing the subject matter. This could be the internal state they enter into when speaking with colleagues, bosses, customers, or could be how they focus or hold space for others. Either way, by embodying the internal energetic landscape that is successful, the teaching provided comes is not just an abstract mental model or a memory of good practice.
As the students learn, they not only embrace the mental constructs for both horizontal and vertical development, and practice their skills in the experiential exercises, they are able to naturally attune to the teacher and cultivate the right internal landscape that enables flow and deeper understanding.
Often this is experienced as deep life changing moments where the student realises much more about themselves than just the subject matter at hand.

I have chosen to represent the fourth dimension of learning and transmission as a tesseract. It is the best way I know of to represent a fourth dimensional object in 3 dimensions.
Carl Sagan, the great astronomer, and science communicator, provides a great explanation of how we can see the effects of higher dimensions but not see them with our senses. The energetic field is like this. We must cultivate our inner perception to experience it, but we see the effects of it all the time with our 5 senses and intellect.
He is not talking about the energetic plane but his description is a brilliant parallel.
